Dinner at Dragon-i with family.

Two days back, my family and I went to MSL Travel Agency to handle some of my sister’s documents before she leave to UK for her studies. Few more weeks to go and she is off to go! The whole house will be peaceful soon. Besides, if everything goes on well, I’ll be leaving Malaysia soon which is this end of August. I’ll be back to Malaysia once every year. For my sis, she will be in UK for only four months! I’ll not be at home anymore when she comes back and YES that is a good news to me. Although, I am saying that I’m happy going out from Malaysia, home sick will be there for me soon. I can’t escape from that I guess since I’ll be away for six years.

Okay, now let’s continue with the main topic on this post. After handling her documents, sis asked dad to have dinner at Dragon-i and dad said okay. We headed to The Curve for dinner. There wasn’t many people there on that day.

RM 1 for this chicken when four person order anything main course. If there are only two or three people dining there, you’ll only get half of the chicken. Some people said it is nice but for me, it’s just an ordinary chicken.

National Zoo Trip by SMS, TARC ~ 1

Few weeks ago, Pre-U Science and Maths Society organised a trip to the National Zoo. The whole program is about giving a hand to the zoo keepers and try to clean up the zoo. Another meaning would be, a volunteer job. Lecturers who joined the program were Mr.Low, Mr.Chow and Ms.Junnie. There were more than thirty students who joined this program. On that day, everyone was supposed to go to TARC and go to the zoo by using the bus provided but I went there by car as my dad drove me there from my house. I reached there sharp at 7.45am and the bus was supposed to reach the National Zoo at 8am. Unfortunately, the bus never reach there on time. Samuel made a prank on me saying that they reached the National Zoo already.

Everyone walking into the zoo after getting down the bus. Besides, everyone were so energetic and happy at that moment as they doesn’t know what is coming right up when they are appointed to do some work in there.

IMG_1366

Briefing from some of the workers there. FYI, I got no idea on what she was talking about right in front there. Chakry shouted that he could not hear what she was saying and she raised her voice in a sudden and decrease ‘exponentially’. Physics knowledge is coming in right now. What’s the linear attenuation coefficient? *evil laugh* Ms.Hwang was not there on that day.

IMG_1367

Chakry, the president of SMS. Useful or useless? No idea. ><

IMG_1368

Each group consists of 10 people. Samuel and Aron was with me and not forgetting, Ms.Junnie was in our group too! She really looked like one of us everytime. Don’t be mad Ms.Junnie when your reading this. It’s a compliment. *laugh*

 IMG_1369  IMG_1372

On the way to our ‘pit stop’ we came across with some of this animals.

IMG_1370

Everyone reached to a ‘jalan buntu’. Lost! Where did the zoo keeper went to? Help!!!! He suddenly appeared in front of us after a few seconds? minutes? No idea.

IMG_1374

Sunrise!

Samuel and Aron walking and walking and continue walking.

IMG_1392

On that day, we are VIPs as we could enter all the prohibited areas. Just walked in without any doubts or worries.

IMG_1382

Write your name faster Audrey! There was a lot of mosquitoes at that place and we were forced to wear their worn out boots. They asked us to overturn the boots first before wearing as they are afraid that there are cockroaches in the boots. Ewwww! Disgusting isn’t? Anyway, Samuel and I never wear the boots as there wasn’t enough boots for us. Ms.Junnie did not wear the boots too!

Samuel became a zoo keeper! Yeah! We go through A-levels to become a zoo keeper! Our parents must be super proud of us! lol.

IMG_1396

Half day gone just on cleaning the deer farm and the goat farm. Cleaning their droppings and all the wilted leaves there in their farm.

IMG_1397

What a good pose huh? Not only human knows how to pose that well but goats are good at it too!

Break time!

 IMG_1409

After our taking a short break, it’s time to get back to work. We went back to the place where we placed our boots at and another zoo keeper asked us to help him. One word, CONFUSED. This is because, our own zoo keeper asked us to meet him at the deer farm after the break but we stayed with him for a little while. Ms.Junnie, Miao Hua and Audrey got to feed the cows. FYI, Ms.Junnie was afraid to feed the cows. *laugh out loud* It’s okay… Miao Hua, Audrey, Aron, Samuel and I went in there to feed the cow. Besides, Aron’s leg = KO as the cow stepped on his feet and luckily, he still can walk like a normal human being.

IMG_1410

After a while, our zoo keeper came and find us. So we went of with him to continue our job.

IMG_1411

We saw the skin of the snake after it changes it’s skin.

IMG_1412

After that, we went in to the Indian Bison farm. We knew that we were in deep trouble as we saw many droppings on the ground and YES, we were asked to clear away all the droppings there. One of it’s droppings actually weighed at around 2-3kg. The smell? It’s okay after doing the job for a long time. I picked up the droppings only once and Samuel did the most as he ‘enjoyed’ it a lot. These 2 big dustbin was full with it’s droppings.

IMG_1414

IMG_1415

We then moved to the wallaby farm. We were supposed to feed them and cleaned their area. Aron get to feed them and 3 of us cleaned their droppings and wilted leaves away.

IMG_1423

Then, we went to the goat farm. We just fed them with all the leaves. They will never attack you and they are so adorable! They came as close as possible to us to get the food that we have. Lovely.

IMG_1428

This is what we had for lunch.  Don’t really have the mood to eat after doing all the jobs on that day so for me, I just forced it in to make myself full.

She is back with a can of 100 PLUS and being a servant to Dhasvani. Poor thing right?
