The Uma, The Strand, Kota Damansara.

Today, my family and I went out for dinner as my dad is leaving to China this Friday and Mother’s Day is on Sunday. So, we wanted to go to The Gardens for dinner but we ended up to be at The Uma for dinner. They serve Balinese food. They tasted good and I do recommend you to go there and have your dinner. The interior concept satisfied my expectation. They have 2 floors and the 2nd floor concept is diners would have to sit on the floor to eat. Just go there and have a look by yourself. You won’t regret it. Here are some pictures I took.

That is where you will be having your meal. It’s so conducive and YES, they played Olivia Ong songs! I got 4 of her albums and my whole family members never knew who was the singer. I’m so proud! I love her songs! Another thing would be, you are going to have your meal peacefully without any noise or disturbance.

Here comes our meal. This was the Grape Fruit Juice. Lovely drink. Recommended. Sour-ish a little. RM 5 for this.

This was recommended to us. Grilled chicken set. RM 18.00

Lamb Curry Set. It’s so soft! Old people could chew it well without any problem. RM 24.00 for this.

Lastly, Babi Kecap Manis Set. This cost RM 22.00

Tasted delicious and it comes in a very big portion. If you are a small eater, shared it with someone. Go there and have a try. No harm trying. Isn’t? Enjoy!

Dinner at Dragon-i with family.

Two days back, my family and I went to MSL Travel Agency to handle some of my sister’s documents before she leave to UK for her studies. Few more weeks to go and she is off to go! The whole house will be peaceful soon. Besides, if everything goes on well, I’ll be leaving Malaysia soon which is this end of August. I’ll be back to Malaysia once every year. For my sis, she will be in UK for only four months! I’ll not be at home anymore when she comes back and YES that is a good news to me. Although, I am saying that I’m happy going out from Malaysia, home sick will be there for me soon. I can’t escape from that I guess since I’ll be away for six years.

Okay, now let’s continue with the main topic on this post. After handling her documents, sis asked dad to have dinner at Dragon-i and dad said okay. We headed to The Curve for dinner. There wasn’t many people there on that day.

RM 1 for this chicken when four person order anything main course. If there are only two or three people dining there, you’ll only get half of the chicken. Some people said it is nice but for me, it’s just an ordinary chicken.
